HOW DID I LOSE WEIGHT

Well, topic is........HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!
First of all, I will tell you guys my dieting story, but I always make mistakes. I believe that anyone makes mistakes also when we wanna  try to find many way fastest lose weight. When I'm student in grade 10, I only high 150cm and weight 42 to 43kgs, but I realized that I'm so fat, although look like not too fat. And that time, I found many ways to lose weight, like fast dieting, using weight loss pills, something like that. I felt very tired and insomnia, I had a lot of acnes. And after that you know, I didn't lose weight, even quickly fat. After many fail times, I had some experience to lose weight.
Now, I'll give you guys a few tips that you can use to stay motivated during your weight loss journey.


1, Always chart your progress

Nothing is more motivating than seeing results written down on paper. While working out and dieting may not provide instant results. You should write down on recently your weight and size body (chest, arms, waist, belly, butt, thigh). Then you can write goals that you want to get it in a week/a month/3 months/6 months/ a year, etc. Keep up your weekly progress by doing this each week and keeping a chart of you results. If you stick your diet and workout routine, you should see your weight steadily decrease each week and see those decreasing numbers on paper can be incredibly motivating.


2. Dont go at it alone

Losing weight doesn't have to be a solitary endeavor. If you find other people to join you on your weight loss journey then you will likely find it much easier to stay motivated. You can find a workout partner who is willing to try and lose weight alongside of you. Or you can join a class where has a lot of people attempting to get in shape, seeing others work hard toward your same goals can often motivated you to work, even harder yourself. You cannot stop working out or abandon your diet if other people are holding you accountable. That thing is the same you wanna study hard, you can come anywhere that has a lot of people diligent to work or study.

3. Always change up your routine (both of diet and workout plans)

If you stick with the exact same workout routine for too long, you may find that become boring and monotonous. And the question for How to change up my routine?? It's much easier to stick with your goal. You're enjoying the process of reaching them at least a little to keep your workout exciting and mix it up from time to time. Throw in some new exercises and rotate some old ones out or cheat meal can reduce your boring. So long as you're burning calories most any good workout routine will get the job done.and it's benifit for your health.

4. Workout in the morning.


Most healthy and fitness professional will tell you that in the morning hours are very best time to workout. In the morning hours are when motivation is more higher than another hours, it make you more energy and motivation maybe diminished and it will be much harder for you to drag yourself. If you workout in the morning you can get rid of bloat and excess energy. Plus, the exercise will get your blood flowing and give you a little boost of endorphins to get through the day.
